Em 12 de dezembro de 2025, a Embaixada Real da Tailândia em Maputo organizou uma cerimônia de homenagem para marcar o 50º dia após o falecimento de Sua Majestade a Rainha Sirikit, a Rainha Mãe. A cerimônia foi realizada nas dependências da Embaixada Real da Tailândia, com funcionários da embaixada e membros da comunidade tailandesa em Moçambique entoando orações budistas em conjunto para prestar suas homenagens e expressar profundas condolências em memória de Sua Majestade.
On 12 December 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy in Maputo organized a merit-making ceremony to mark the 50th day following the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. The ceremony was held at the premises of the Royal Thai Embassy, with embassy officials and members of the Thai community in Mozambique jointly chanting Buddhist prayers to pay their respects and express profound condolences in remembrance of Her Majesty.
