Thailand is open for all fully-vaccinated travellers from any countries to enter Thailand under TEST AND GO scheme from 1 February 2022 onwards.
(Travellers must pre-register for Thailand Pass QR Code (Thailand’s digital entry document) from 1 February 2022. The relevance authorities such as Department of Disease Control, Thai Hotels Association, and Tourism Authority of Thailand will take 3-7 days to approve the application. Travellers can track the registration status from your hotel directly)

From 1st April 2022 onwards,

2. Unvaccinated/incomplete-vaccinated travellers can enter Thailand and be quarantined for 5 days under Alternative Quarantine (AQ) Scheme.

On 1 March 2022, the measures for Test and Go has been updated as follows;

However, travellers still need to have a fully paid SHA Extra+/AQ hotel reservation confirmation for Day 1 including a RT-PCR test, an ATK test kit (for Day 5) and airport transfer.
(2) For non-Thai nationals, the prior requirement of a travel insurance with a minimum cover of 50,000 USD for medical expenses is reduced to 20,000 USD.

Please note that travellers who received their QR code before 1 March 2022 can use this QR code to travel, and are advised to contact the hotel directly to request for a refund for Day 5 of the hotel reservation.
