On 5 April 2025, during the official exploration visit to Inhambane Province, Mr. Yahya Wongkanya, First Secretary, Royal Thai Embassy in Maputo, on behalf of the Thai Ambassador to Mozambique, visited Thai workers who are working at the pipeline construction project in the province which is situated approximately 730 kilometers from Maputo. The representative of the Embassy discussed the workers’ welfare, shared information on the cooperation between Thailand and Mozambique as well as provided necessities to the representatives of the workers.
