On 1 July 2025, Ambassador Kartika Candra Negara, Ambassador-Designate of Indonesia to Mozambique paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Soradjak Puranasamriddhi, Ambassador of Thailand to Mozambique. The two sides discussed overall cooperation between Thailand and Indonesia with Africa. Views on bilateral cooperation between the two countries and Mozambique including in the fields of economy, politics as well as development in the Thai and Indonesian communities in Mozambique have also been exchanged.
