On 12 July 2022, H.E. Mr. Sorajak Puranasamriddhi, Ambassador-Designate, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Abednigo Ntshangase, High Commissioner of the Kingdom of Eswatini to Mozambique, to introduce himself on the occasion of his assumption of duty and discuss the close ties between the Royal families of the two countries and the binding government ties as sister cities. Both sides shared the goal of maintaining a close relationship and supporting each other. Both sides also agreed that Mozambique is Thailand's strategic country in trade and investment and expressed readiness to continue supporting the activities of both countries.
