On 27 July 2022, H.E. Mr. Sorajak Puranasamriddhi, Ambassador, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Ms. Wezi Moyo, Ambassador of Malawi to Mozambique, to introduce himself on the occasion of his inauguration and discuss the close Thai-Malawi relations ever since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1987, the Royal Thai Embassy in Maputo to cover Malawi, development cooperation projects in Malawi and Mozambique. In addition, H.E. Ms. Wezi extended her invitation to Thai businessmen to visit Malawi to seek additional trade and investment opportunities.
