The Royal Thai Embassy in Maputo held the Sattamawan (7th-day) and Pannarasamawan (15th-day) merit-making ceremonies in dedication to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother of the Kingdom of Thailand at the Embassy premises. Officials of the Embassy and members of the Thai community in Mozambique joined in chanting Buddhist prayers and observing a moment of silence to pay tribute and express their deepest condolences on the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother.
